Item was broken on delivery, I called customer service and they sorted my problem out straight away and sent another to me the next day. This Rak summit toilet seat is fantastic and looks great.

Great toilet, very trendy looking. On a personal note I'd prefer the water hole slightly more larger.

After checking availability before ordering I expected the product to arrive within the 7-10 day quoted lead-time. Having received no communication to the contrary I chase the status to be informed the lead-time had been extended to over 30 days! Clearly this was inconvieient for several reasons! However, the Customer Service team understood the urgency and managed to dispatch my delivery 4 days later! In the end a happy customer but a more proactive service would have been helpful. All ended up ok rescuing the oppotunity of a repeat customer! Weldone VP!
