RAK Resort Mini Rimless Close Coupled BTW Toilet + Quick Release Soft Close Urea Seat

Had this toilet installed a week ago. So far so good. The rimless design is nice and having the base go all the way to the wall means it will be easier to keep clean. No problems so am happy with the purchase. Not sure how well the dual flush works as the low flush button is small and I always end up pressing the full flush.

Great value and quality

I wanted a rimless toilet for ease of cleaning but had been hesitant as told some didn't flush well. I needn't have worried as this is excellent. I also like the fact that it is all enclosed at back and flush with the wall behind, so no pipes etc to get dusty in what would be a difficult to reach space. The pedestal is slightly asymmetrical hence 4* for build quality, but this doesn't really notice much.

"The product is of high quality but I have strong reservations about the design from the point of view of installing it. The spigot is very short and requires a flexible coupling to reach the soil pipe.The glaze has a high gloss and has no groove to help in retaining the coupling. The only way to stop the coupling from slipping off (which it did several times) is to use a mastic to retain it. Access under the cistern is very restricted and attaching it using a flexible pipe to the water supply was difficult and resulted in serious distortion of the pipe. Access to the retaining bolts to tighten the wing nuts almost impossible. This was eventually achieved by first attaching a second flexible pipe to the cistern before attaching it to the bowl and joining it to the pipe from the supply.The sequence in which the components are assemble is critical and was arrived at after many unsuccessful attempts. The Inclusion of instructions would have saved a lot of frustration and time wasted."

Great small loo with a flush that still packs a punch. Clean lines making it simple to clean and back to wall hides all the waste connectors so all neat and tidy. I bought rimless because we are in a hard water area and limescale quickly builds up so this will definitely make it easier to clean as no hard to reach areas. It is designed for small spaces so the seat definitely feels smaller than average so bear that in mind. The lid stays upright well which is something I was concerned about as sometimes there isn't the space for the "lean" against the back but no problems there. I would say it is good value for money compared to the rest on the market.

Not fitted yet so can only say size is ideal for limited space and looks clean lines.
