This item was ordered using the dimensions disclosed & seemed a perfect fit - however because of the complexity of the unit it needed to sit in (over a bulkhead) we only realized it couldn't fit upon delivery. I immediately contacted the company who did arrange a return of the item only to find out it would cost us 2/3rds of the cost of the item to return it by courier. I even wanted to arrange an exchange rather than a refund but was told I couldn't return the item on the same courier. Would I order again online - certainly not from this company - be very careful when ordering (not all locations are straight forward to fit.

Ordered during the afternoon and it was delivered the following morning. I was going to purchase the RAK Jessica, but the Mira has a lip around the back and for the £5 or so extra, thought this might be better. It is not yet installed, but I am extremely pleased with it. Good size and deep enough to wash more than just hands - some are so shallow and splash everywhere. Excellent value for money and brilliant service. Well done Victorian Plumbing!

Spent ages trying to find an inset basin and then found this one, I was cautious of buying without seeing but I shouldn't have been. Very nice, good quality and good price.
