Toilet looks great, unfortunately glazing crack in back of cistern caused leak, arranged new cistern took a week because of Easter break I do feel this fault should have been detected before dispatch should not be up to customer to carry out quality assurance

This is a very nice attractive and contemporary toilet that will give any modern bathroom a lift. It uses concealed fixings for the pan, which can be a little fiddly. The first delivery in a well packed box revealed a completely broken, pan, but following a photograph and email was promptly replaced. The flush and toilet seat work very well, so very pleased with the product.

My one gripe is that the cistern lid doesn't 'sit' properly...when I wipe it when cleaning it nearly comes off / moves each time.

The toilet looks good. It's modern and transformed a plain bathroom, though the modern look took some getting use too as i previously had traditional! No problems so far a great buy!

A well designed good looking toilet at a fraction of the price of similar items on sale elsewhere. Very quick delivery and incredibly well packed. small price to pay for such a great item.

I was a little bit dubious about ordering when they are so cheap, but i was not disappointed at all. The toilet was easy to fit and was excellent quality, the flush is superb and quite powerful. The price is a great bargain.
