Poor information on webpage

I searched for a 200mm wet screen and the page came up with a picture of a wet screen with hinges that I required so ordered it. When it arrived it was a fixed screen and no hinges. There is no number on the VP shown so you have to send an email and wait a couple of days for a reply. I had to cancel my installer. When I finally got a call VP said the pictures on the Web page are generic and I should have read the description.I am partly to blame, but I still feel its misleading. I now have to return , at my cost , the incorrect part. The correct part VP was £20 dearer , however, I found a far cheaper company.

Great quality.

900 screen great quality screen, but we've made a mistake, our 1st time designing a bathroom, we ordered the wrong size screen, with 1200x700 tray we've had to reorder sliding doors and an end panel, outside of the 30 days return this screen isn't long enough to stop the floor getting soaked from our rainfall shower, we really wanted a walk in shower with limited glass, and this panel is great, just not long enough without an end panel for a 1200x700 tray, our fault for not realising how far the rainfall shower sticks out, nearly halfway to our 1200 tray, in hindsight we should've kept the same length as the bath we replaced, we wanted more space in the bathroom, so don't make the same mistake.
