Excellent Value Although Toilet Seat Potentially Dangerous!

I purchased this suite in the summer of 2018, finding its styling to be aesthetically pleasing and the set excellent value. There is just one point on which I would advise others to beware, however: both the toilet seat and its lid are made of a flimsy plastic that can crack without warning under weight. First the entire lid smashed into pieces after someone stood on it to close the window, then just recently the seat itself cracked suddenly and violently under a light adult's sitting weight, with pieces flying everywhere including into the toilet bowl. The cut plastic edges are sharp and could have caused a serious injury. I would recommend any past buyers of this suite to replace the dangerous toilet seat as soon as possible.

A nice bathroom set - only needed a few minor tweaks

New bathroom looks great. Some reviewers mentioned that they also upgraded the toilet seat and I can see why - it's quite flimsy and I don't think it'll last that long. Don't try to sit on it when it's down! I'd also change the bath panel to a more solid construction. I'm still getting used to switching from my old steel bath, which had a very solid feel and kept the water hotter for longer, to the shiny new "plasticky-feel" acrylic one but all in all the 3-piece set looks good and is already making a good impression and getting many compliments!

Great service

1st class service. Suite looks great installed. we did have a problem with the syphon in the cistern but the plumbers changed it. Only downside for us was the cheap and ill fitting flush handle. Would I use Victoria plumb again and would I recommended them to a friend, that would be a yes.
