Really nice WC, but the rimless flush is disappointing as it leaves the front third of the pan unwashed. Would not buy a rimless again. Customer service at Victorian Plumbing is really slow. E-mail contact only, they seem to read them after about 4 days and need frequent reminders. Always a different person saying sorry and doing nothing. If your delivery gets lost like me, get ready for a frustrating experience.

Hi, You will need to purchase your own choice of fixings to secure the cistern to the wall, as for the soil connection you can use a 90 degree pan connector. Thanks. Customer Services Team.
