Super quick delivery which was slightly delayed by the weather but still arrived as promised later in the evening despite the delivery men having to drive 100 miles home. The shower is such good quality and very stylish. It’s transformed a spare bathroom with a really modern look. Would recommend this product and the customer service is beyond compare. Thank you.

I agree with the latest 2023 comment. The comment about a missing seal is misleading as the door only needs one seal, provided you order the correctly handed version. The door needs to open towards the wall on which the shower head is fitted. That side of the door has a seal, the other does not need one. All the glass and fittings are high quality. An excellent product all round.

The enclosure was delivered exactly on schedule and was very well packaged. The instructions included a comprehensive parts list which checked out exactly. As is the case with most things these days, the instructions were mostly pictorial with a few helpful notes. I fitted the enclosure myself, although professional installation was recommended (I am 72 with only diy experience). This was slightly tricky at times, but I completed the job successfully with only a little help (the glass components are very heavy). The parts are well made with a nice finish and finished enclosure looks stunning. It works well and will be easy to clean, being frameless. All in all, a most satisfactory product which meets our needs exactly.

This has the potential to be a lovely fixture in your bathroom. The instructions lack detail in places and only 3 seals are supplied, leaving a gap for water to escape between the door opening and side panel. Had to buy an additional seal at a cost of £29.99. Clearly not really fit for purpose!
