Shower doors are reversible, so you are not forced to have the opening on a specific side.
Please take note of the minimum and maximum adjustment measurements. Enclosure will not fit flush to the side of the shower tray, this is to allow room for tiling.

This looks good but only time will tell. When closing the door I have to ensure that it has slid the extra few centimetres to ensure that it is fully sealed, otherwise it seems to stop short.
