Connector too short

Everything fine with this apart from the connector into the wall was about 10cm too short to go through the wall. My plumber said they quite often are and I had to buy a metre replacement (minimum size) at cost of £45 making a rather expensive purchase in the end. Hence low score on build quality & value for money. I'm sure it was exactlyy as described but seems like a bit of penny pinching that ends up delaying the job and costing money. So check carefully. Looks good now fitted.

Hi, can the bottom of the trap be screwed off for cleaning / maintenance, without having to remove whole trap?

Can the length of 330mm be adjusted to suit the sink?

Hi Chris, The maximum length of this Round Modern Basin Bottle Trap is 330mm. This is measured from the centre of the trap to the end of the waste pipe. It can then be cut down to suit. When cutting, use a fine tooth saw and remove any residual burr with a file. Hope this helps, Shaun
