Not the item I ordered
Unfortunately the item i ordered wasn't the one I ordered. After logging a query by email, as the general public cannot speak to customer services, they informed that the item was the correct one. I rechecked their website and it appeared that the picture on their website of what I ordered had changed but now matched identically the one that was sent.
Too much hassle trying to exchange this so disappointingly ended up keeping the item.
Taps do look nice, but the whole purpose of me ordering the ones with longer handle was because of my arthritis. The picture of these taps is misleading as they appear to have longer handles.
