How We Gather Reviews

Poor quality

We had to order the same shower head after the first one fell apart after two years of use. To avoid wasting time, I ordered the same item again. However, it arrived with a different-sized arm. Luckily, I hadn’t thrown the old one away, so I was able to use the original arm and fit the new shower head without having to spend time making a complaint. As a builder, I know how these things work, but my wife wouldn’t have had the same patience or knowledge to sort this out. To be honest, with three bathrooms in the house, this really shouldn’t happen.

Rain shower head set up

Not used Victorian Plumbing before, but their product is really nice so I’d recommend and I’m sure we will use you again for our next purchase. Many thanks.
