Its structured HDPE layer with polypropylene fleece backing promotes excellent adhesion and vapour control, making it ideal for damp or cracked substrates and fresh screeds. Suitable for both internal and external use, including wet rooms, balconies and underfloor heating, Mapeguard UM35 helps prevent tile failures by absorbing substrate movement and reducing stress transfer to the tile layer. Lightweight, easy to install and compatible with standard tile adhesives, it is perfect for both domestic and commercial environments.
