Substituted for cheaper/alternative product
VP switched the luxury version purchased for a cheaper version by the same brand and removed the VP label from the box at warehouse prior to transit, in an attempt to hide the unauthorised substitution.
A warning to those not yet experienced in some of the bad business practices of Victorian Plumbing.
