Absolutely love these taps, look really classy on wash basin. So easy to use by flickering the handle up and down. Ideal if you are someone who is suffering with arthritis or bad hands. Easy to control the flow of water either hot or cold to get the amount and temperature of water. Would definitely recommend these taps.

Very very pleased with this, until the hot side drips. Cannot disassemble to put anew washer inside. Does this mean I need new tap.

Hi Julie, This type of tap has quarter-turn cartridges which you will need to replace if leaking. Please find below the relevant part numbers to obtain replacements. These are readily available through our customer services department. Hot Cartridge Part Number: "Spare-Hotcartridge7" Cold Cartridge Part Number: "Spare-Coldcartridge7"
