Excellent quality / Poor Communication
8th July 2025Overall I'm very happy with the purchased product. It fits the aesthetic of the kitchen really well, and seemed to be straightforward to fit. My only issue was with the delivery time, as I had to chase for an update when no delivery date was provided. The item wasn't in stock at the time of ordering, which wasn't communicated to me until I contacted Victorian Plumbing a couple of weeks later.

26th June 2025Lovely kitchen tap, feels quality and very solid & robust with silky smooth operations on moving parts. Looks great. However, the vertical spindles that you pull on to open / close the tap are only screwed in ‘finger tight’ to the circular block, and they come undone with ease after every operation. I plan to apply some thread lock to the threads to ensure it stays screwed in - which I’m 95% sure will resolve the issue. Shame this isn’t done in the factory when manufacturing, as I’m not the only customer for this to happen too.
