Can this be used with the Hudson Reed Victorian Gran Rigid Riser?

Hi Chris, We normally wouldn't recommend using a concealed valve with a riser, as you'll need to pipe out of the wall again and into the riser. May i recommend using this valve with a fixed shower arm and head (search: ARM01-HEAD21 in the search bar at the top of the page to see one as the first result, you'll also see some packages with the valve and arm).
Your other option is to use an exposed shower valve with a riser. You can find these packages under 'Complete Showers' in the shower category.
