The quality of this item is superb
The quality of this item is superb and really looks nice BUT at the final stage of installation it is let down. There are two plastic plugs which conceal the hinge screws and are the last item fitted. These seem extremely difficult to fit and appear not to fit properly. (unless I have misunderstood how they work)

Inadequate wall plugs. Take care.
The wall plugs provided would not grip the wall and pulled out when I sat on the seat. I weigh just over 11 stone so there should have been no problem. It seems the plugs supplied are made of a material which is too soft. Once I had substituted different ones made of a much harder plastic, the problem has been resolved and the seat is now in everyday use without problems. The seat itself is stylish and well made - just make sure it is securely fixed before use!

This luxury folded shower seat is excellent, it is made from real solid wood and is very sturdy. All fixings and fixtures i needed were included. it is a little more than i wanted to spend but it was well worth it as i will never need to replace this.
