Instructions hopeless. Product good

Very difficult to follow instructions. Please supply detailed specific product instructions rather than pages of instructions for a multitude of different products. Also some of the screws were already inside the product. These were tiny and I had no idea they were in situ so they ended up on my sitting room carpet as I unpacked the product. Just so infuriating. Good product but won't be ordering from you again
