900mm wide Bi-Fold Shower Door

Install instructions were a little vague in places. I found that some of the plastic covers did not fit correctly, I was also left with some small parts that I could not find a place for. But on the whole after a bit of thinking and some past experience I have now got the screen installed how I hoped it would be.

This door is not 80 cm wide

If you need this 80 cm door to be 80 cm wide then don't buy it, it is adjustable from 750 mm to 785 mm. An assumption is being made that you will be fitting a side panel or that the tiling in a fixed enclosure has been fitted above the shower tray and not beside it making the enclosure smaller. I have a gap of 15 mm which means I have to buy an Ella extension kit which is only available from another supplier. This door could have been easily made to extend to 80 cm so why not?

Not as described

This shower door is not as described in the dimensions and is actually 875mm maximum width therefore for a 900mm shower tray you will need to buy the extension kit. Poor customer service too meant I ended up buying extension kit from another supplier.

Door looks really nice but if the rollers need adjusting, it’s not designed very well for easy adjustment. The chrome caps for the frame securing screws don’t fit properly and fall off easily. The bottom roller scratched my new acrylic shower base straight away. I had to adjust to clear.
