Does the job perfectly and at a very good price.

Direct replacement second or third one I've had. Not torrential flow but more than adequate and don't use a lot of water. After a couple of years they clog, the water is hard here, but at the price I would recommend.

This replacement handset works even better than my old one, which had been good, but had got worn and scruffy.

My other one broke, that was years old. Replaced it with this as the other lasted so long, would buy again in the future as it’s very reliable.

Our bathroom is 9 years old and has stood up really well, except the 'wand' shower heads which suffered poor flow etc. Was surprised how cheap these were and thought they might be poor...but absolutely not, very simple swap over and voila, full force shower heads again. At this price an absolute no brainer.
