How We Gather Reviews

GREAT PRODUCT

Great product with a good look.

Excellent mixer tap

This is the second of these we have, one in each bathroom. The feedback on this was that the filter on the end might spay awkwardly. I found if you take it out and dimly turn the plastic filter around it works perfectly. Easy to fit , adjust and set up

Great

Great product. Looks great in our Victorian terrace

Poor Spout and Dribble

Solidly built, but the tap does not produce a cohesive flow of water - several separate streams come out at odd angles. This occurs whether using cold only, hot only or mixed. Slight improvement by reversing the orientation of the outflow filter. Also this tap dribbles after it is turned off. I would not buy this again.

Excellent bathroom wash basin tap

Excellent quality and easy to fit. The tap is very elegant and the height is perfect for a vanity unit. Excellent service and delivery from Victorian Plumbing.

Review From Trustpilot

"I really like the look of this tap and the plumber said it was easy to fit. I had to get him back to remove the plastic filter though as it made the water flow split out sideways in an odd way, but this may be to do with the water pressure in my house. "

2 Questions

Would this tap suit a cloakroom basin 450mm(w) x 360 (d)

Asked by jenster

ANSWER

Nathan replied on 15th January 2021

Hello, Thank you for your question. Was this sink from us? If so, please send both part numbers to info@victorianplumbing.co.uk We will then be able to have a look for you. With some smaller sinks, it can be difficult to fit this style of tap as there is not enough room to twist the controls. Kind Regards.

Ceramic or not?

Hi Dave, this tap does have a ceramic disc valve. Thanks!
