The Hudson Reed Topaz 3 tap hole basin mixer fitted with ceramic disc cartridges and offers the perfect upgrade for any traditional bathroom. Supplied with pop up waste. Although these fittings are suitable for low pressure, we recommend a minimum operating pressure of 0.1 bar for best performance.

Clean and elegant product. Brilliant and fast delivery. Would have got 5 stars except that the hot water turns clockwise to open which is different from all the other taps in the house. Took some getting use to.

Only suitable for in-line tap holes

Purchased to replace some old taps on our bathroom basin. Turns out our basin has the middle hole offset. The taps only provide straight metal connecting tubes (non-standard diameter) and are too short to bend. The description didn't make this clear and so these taps cannot be fitted to my sink. A shame as otherwise the quality of the product is very good.

I have just had these installed but they look good and seem sturdy.

Look nice but already loosened

I was really pleased initially but 3 months on the tap heads are loose and slightly wobbly to turn. The pop up waste is also too short to allow proper drainage so I have to lift it out completely and reinsert or it takes a while to drain. Not sure if the wobbly taps is due to poor installation by the plumber or the quality of the fitting, advice on how to tighten would be appreciated as I really like the look of the taps.
