OK replacement - but
This was a good replacement for the previous base unit which suffered water damage. These cabinets are made from MDF and easily susceptible to the wet bathroom environment, so thought is needed if installing on whether or not the area is going to get wet / suffer spills. Also the install was not smooth as the back of the cabinet does not have a void for the pipes, so to install the back had to be cut off. Best to find an alternate product with the void there already so that the back does not have to be removed.
