We bought this as it was half the price of the one recommended by our bathroom designer and we needed to cut costs on a very expensive reno project. Well 2 years on I'm generally happy with the tray however its worth noting that if you drop anything on it which causes a chip the underneath colour is black and not the same colour as the top which is obviously a coating. I would be interested to know if the one we were recommended was the same colour throughout. Anyway its a small chip but a little annoying and worth bearing in mind.

We are absolutely delighted with this shower tray. The gel coat stone resin construction makes it feel incredibly solid underfoot, giving it a real sense of quality that's immediately noticeable compared to lighter trays. The black slate-effect finish looks fantastic and fits perfectly with our modern bathroom, but it's the practicality that has impressed us most. The textured surface provides excellent grip without feeling rough, making it feel safe and secure when showering. The tray has been designed really well too, with the subtle profile allowing water to drain away quickly and efficiently without any pooling. Paired with the matching black waste, it creates a clean, seamless finish that looks far more expensive than it actually is. If you're looking for a premium-feeling shower tray with a modern slate-effect finish, this is an excellent choice. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
