The slider rail is good quality and was fairly easy to install. The hose is a bit stiff so has a mind of its own, but I presume that will become more supple over time and then hang better. I didn’t bother fitting the soap tray because a) who uses soap in a shower these days? and b) a bottle of shower gel or similar is soon going to get knocked off. Otherwise this is a very nice product.

This was to replace an old shower so I chose it because it most closely matched what was there before. Having seen it I would have chosen it for its own sake. The only thing that surprised me was that the hose to the shower is some sort of robust plastic rather than a metal snake, but the plumber tells me these last well and are easier to clean so that's fine.
