Very happy with the build quality and functionality of this tap but (my mistake), I didn’t check the pressure requirements for this fitting (3/8”) and so the flow is very low and has proved to be a big disappointment.

Greatly upgrade to any sink

Just moved into a new house and I’ve always wanted a pull out tap, and Grohe was highly recommend online so I took the plunge, and definitely don’t regret it! The instructions was pretty easy to follow, and the installation was really easy as well once I got the adapter to my pipes, and I hope to be able to transfer it to a new sink when we eventually get around to upgrading that as well! The day to day use is pretty much as expected, the tap’s smooth to turn and easy to operate. The only minor gripe is that you need to align the head to clip it back into place after pulling it out. Don’t think it’s a huge issue though as I sometimes just leave it misaligned and not fully retracted and it makes no real difference to usage. But I suspect some people may be slightly annoyed by it. I can’t say for sure about the value for money, since it’s expensive compared to other taps one could find on the likes of Amazon - but I can’t confirm the quality of the cheaper taps, so I’ve gone for four stars in that I wish it was cheaper but I was willing to pay for it.

Excellent sturdy tap

Pull out spray works well and is an invaluable aide. The switch mechanism can be positioned at the front, back or side of the nozzle. One handle is convenient and easy to use can be postioned at the front or side of the tap.
