Firstly I’ve spent a bit of time in Japan so I feel like I have a bit of experience in this area! For a Japanese style toilet the price is reasonable, but I find it’s missing a lot of the basic features which it should have (which must be included in other models of this same toilet, as those features are mentioned in the instruction manual and have buttons on the remote) - like auto flushing, self-cleaning, auto open/close lid. But honestly I can live without those features. However I also feel the build quality could be better. The seat feels very flimsy and plastic, so I do worry about it breaking. It’s not like the seat can be easily replaced. I’m happy with it, don’t get me wrong. But it could be better.

The back of the basin has a ledge that is very thick and goes very close to the tap hole meaning that a standard tap does not fit. Most taps have a 55mm diameter base and they will not fit this basin.
