Faulty

Sink looks great but once installed we realised the internal ceramic had a crack from manufacturer causing leak from the front underside of the sink. Customer service then stated because it was installed they would try to help but since then we have heard nothing and no reply to multiple emails. Looks great but 50/50 whether it arrived without a fault and if arrives faulty then best of luck getting hold of someone to help

Issues With Mounting

We bought this basin as it was the smallest we had found. The problem we had was the fixing kit and fixing points on the basin. They made it impossible to secure fixings to the wall then offer the basin to it. The solution (and I think a manufacturing fault) was to grind out slots from the back of the basin to the mounting points in turn allowing it to slide down into place and be fixed correctly. A great unit with a little tweak on mounting would be perfect.

Bought this from VP, and it's absolutely superb. Fantastic size, and deep so that you can actually wash your hands. I also love the fact that it has a mini ledge so that you can put a soap dish / lotion too. Very practical - and good looking :)

Job Done

Get the right produce and the job is complete, the two tape was a little too small in the basin to wash hands.This sink is great looks more suitable with one tape and works well with basin area to wash hands. No, there is no hole for the stay and chain to be mounted, the product requires a slotted click clack or flip top waste
