arrived on time, well packed. sturdy construction. love the anti slip and handles as I have mobility issues. plumber adjusted the height for ease of access and we did not use the plinths. looks good. only downside was the fitting of bath panels as I did not order the correct panels to fit the bath. it would help if the product dimensions included the gap underside the bath lip where the panels fit. a phone call to Trojan confirmed that the panels were not suitable. the panels x 2 were too bulky to return and would have cost too much. luckily my plumber was able to construct a suitable frame. overall excellent product.
