How We Gather Reviews
Just Doesn't Work
This should not be sold as a Smart product. The shower itself works well, but the app is awful. Profiles can only be accessed via a phone (not voice or the controller, so really unusable). Aqualisa rebuilt the first app (as that didn't work at all) and the second version is just as horrible. If you can get it to connect, forget about trying to make it work. And Google or Amazon integration is clunky and very limited. The worst product I've bought.
