How We Gather Reviews
Not long term reliable
We have two of these for 8 years. The first problem is that the control in the shower furs up because of hard water and so it becomes impossible to use the buttons. WD40 helps. But the big problem is that it will now only have water coming out of both the soaker and the handset, or just the soaker, It is now impossible to get it to just come out of the handset.
