Very poor quality, water spout for the Bath Tap is smaller than my sink tap. It would take ages to fill the bath and looked ridiculous. The shower handle fix is 100% plastic again very poor quality. Also supplied with the wrong fitting instructions. I was then stung with having to pay for the return of the tap. This was the first part of my bathroom project allowing me to then replace the shower, sink and toilet. I can’t afford to trust Victorian Plumbing quality with such a large project based on the returns policy and very poor quality.

If you pay peanuts…

This is sharply made and reflects the price. I ended up having to buy a new hose as the one supplied only allows for my small child to use it. And I had to buy a mounting bracket because the one supplied was not strong enough to hold the shower head in position and so it continually flopped downwards. Don’t buy this unless you want the hassle of drilling and then re-drilling through your tiles as well as the added expense of the additional purchases.

Taps fine but shower connector hopeless

Bought this as a temporary replacement so wasn’t expecting the very best quality but actually the tap itself and the shower hose and head are fine and fit for purpose. The shower holder part is however, just brittle plastic and I think would easily snap - so I used something else.

This bath shower mixer is good value for money but the rubber gaskets that come with it were leaking. I had to replace them with alternative gaskets which resolved the issue.
