Nuie 1700 Double Ended Back to Wall Roll Top Bath inc. Chrome Legs

This bath is 22mm thick I think the norm is 8mm which makes finding a waste and taps to fit a real nightmare everything else is spot on

Its a very heavy bath and good quality materials.I used waterfall taps with a shower head to compliment the bath. Its very deep, going to take a lot of water to get a decent bath but as we normally shower this will be a treat. We have it in a compact main bathroom because it had a smaller depth from the wall outwards meaning we could accommodate a toilet in close proximity.If I had any concerns it would be having it delivered by one person. I had to help get it indoor and boy its heavy. I didn't like the delivery person dragging it from the van to my door because despite the packaging on the corners the main bath was exposed and I was petrified that the bath might get damaged.[

Bought this as it was really the only one that fitted the space I have and it looks great now that its fitted. However, I needed to fit this in a raised position so used the riser kit provided to do this and encountered two problems. 1) The products construction meant that the screws provided did not "bite" into the product securely and, 2) with the legs fitted it was not stable and did not feel secure when stood upon. In hindsight I should have built the floor up with brick/breeze and laid it upon that. Otherwise like the product.

This bath looks really impressive and makes a great center piece for a bathroom without costing a fortune. It's very deep and looks great with the Hudson Reed Taps we bought to go with it.

This bath looks great in our new bathroom. It is a very deep bath so takes a lot of water. My only comment would be that the overflow waste you require for this bath is not the one listed on the same page as this as unfortunately the bath is too thick for standard overflows - best to double check which one will 100% fit.
