Wall Hung Pan Fixing Kit

Brought this as previous purchase was poor quality, this arrived and was much better quality and done the job intended for.

Fitted well, nice and sturdy, easy to use.

After ordering a Vitra wall hung loo we damaged the poorly designed equivalent. After calling Vitra there was a 1 month wait on the part - not helpful when the loo needs to go on the wall. Their only option was to buy another wall hung loo and take the kit from that...Anyway needless to say we ordered this and hopped it would fit. It's a direct replacement for Fischer 551883, and Vitra 316564YP1TE. It's also an improved design - the guides screw in (others slot in and 'lock' although in practice don't stay). The big advantage here is this kit uses a captive nut - so you can't easily cross thread the grub screw (which was what we did) as it goes into glass fibre nylon not metal like this one. The silver guides are M12.

Well, early days but for the the fact this was £16 as opposed to £75 it was worth a go as I has nothing to loose, so far it has done the job that I wanted.
