The 88.5mm high fixtures are inspired by 19th-century design, with crosshead handles and delicately curved spouts for a classical aesthetic. Happy so far

It's been a while since these taps were installed (March 25) hence the delayed review but i'm pleased overall with how they are. Slightly bigger than last pair but decent size in proportion to the sink size for a bathroom / en suite. Took me a while to get in the habit of turning hot tap clockwise to open. When turning the taps on fully, the water doesn't shoot out too powerfully which i like. I have noticed recently however water droplets appearing coming from tap even though the tap is fully off which makes me think there is a leak? This might be a plumbing issue though. I will keep monitoring.

Very pleased with these taps

Bought these to replace a pair of taps bought elsewhere that started dripping within 18 months. Ordered late on Thursday and delivered (free) on Saturday morning! Very well packed with each tap individually placed in it's own cloth bag for protection and sealed with a drawstring. The taps are lovely looking with a deep chrome finish and have a nice smooth action. I fitted them only a month ago, so I can't be certain that they won't eventually start dripping, but they do have a really good quality look and feel, so I'm confident that they will continue to look good and operate just as nicely as they do now! I'm very happy with these taps and with Victorian Plumbing.

Hi Mark, On this type of tap there is no washers like the old type of tap, these taps have what is called a tap cartridge. The good news is that we do carry stock of the cartridges so if you were to contact a member of our customer services team via live chat they will be happy to arrange the purchase of replacement cartridges. are these taps fitted with ceramic or rubber washers?

The tap has worked loose and I am unable to tighten the securing nut underneath as it is damaged, can you provide me with spares?

I am slightly limited in space so can you give me the overall diameter of the tap base please?

Is £29.95 for both taps or are they each £29.95? Also are they OK for high pressure systems?

Hi there Chris, These Victoria Traditional Basin Taps come as a pair for the selling price. I can also confirm the maximum pressure these can operate at is 3.0 BAR. If your pressure is higher than this a pressure reducing valve will be required. Hope this helps, Shaun
