The 88.5mm high fixtures are inspired by 19th-century design, with crosshead handles and delicately curved spouts for a classical aesthetic. Combine these chrome basin taps with ornate Victorian-inspired sinks or use them in modern, minimalist rooms for an equally appealing look. Crafted from brass and plated with chrome, they have a high-shine finish that polishes up beautifully. Modern tap ceramic cartridge

Taps look great and very pleased, but the hot tap turns on in the opposite direction to the cold. I’m told the ceramic cartridges can be reversed if the tap is disassembled but it works well so I’ll leave it. Would buy again for the other bathroom.

Hi Mark, On this type of tap there is no washers like the old type of tap, these taps have what is called a tap cartridge. The good news is that we do carry stock of the cartridges so if you were to contact a member of our customer services team via live chat they will be happy to arrange the purchase of replacement cartridges. are these taps fitted with ceramic or rubber washers?

The tap has worked loose and I am unable to tighten the securing nut underneath as it is damaged, can you provide me with spares?

I am slightly limited in space so can you give me the overall diameter of the tap base please?

Is £29.95 for both taps or are they each £29.95? Also are they OK for high pressure systems?

Hi there Chris, These Victoria Traditional Basin Taps come as a pair for the selling price. I can also confirm the maximum pressure these can operate at is 3.0 BAR. If your pressure is higher than this a pressure reducing valve will be required. Hope this helps, Shaun
