Just what we were looking for
We have a Tudor-style old house with brass fittings and finding the right product is like pulling teeth! However, Victorian plumbing has come up trumps again. We bought our first taps from Victorian plumbing 20 years ago. We replaced one set of original taps having had an enthusiastic cleaner who took all the brass coating off, so they needed replacing. We were able to find the exact taps again. The only thing I would query is that the hot tap turns in the opposite direction to the same ones we bought 20 years ago for our other basins and bath. Has the direction of turn been changed? It is rather confusing!

These are great looking and well working taps but take some getting used to as the hot tap turns on to the right and off to the left which is the opposite way to the cold tap and any other taps I have bought in the past. I have no idea why they have been built this way but they work well so not a major concern/problem

are the connection hoses included with the taps ?

Do they have ceramic valve?

Are the taps marked hot and cold and are they low pressure. We need four taps for two basins.
