Disappointed

Nice looking tap, chosen as we needed a replacement. However, once installed the build quality seemed poor compared to our previous tap and also the pipes are narrower which means our hot water now only trickles out. I contacted Victorian Plumbing for assistance with this but they were unhelpful and said we could not exchange or return. It had to be through an online chat, no telephone number to speak to a person. I will not be buying from them again.

Decent solidly built tap

We installed ours with the controls at the front rather than the side - it has H to the left and C to the right...traditional in the UK but our house had been plumbed in the opposite way so thought it might be worth mentioning. Our bathroom and kitchen are now mis-matched but it works for us. This has a lower flow rate than the one we took out but is plenty powerful enough especially on the shower mode. All in all, happy I chose this one to replace our older broken one.
