This tap is beautifully designed and easy to install and use. Great value for money

Despite getting a professional plumber in to install this, he had a nightmare trying to fit it. There are 3 tubes coming out of the narrow cylinder underneath the tap, so access to fit and tighten was extremely limited. The product includes a tube that you pull out for extended reach, and it should raise back up due to the weight you hang on that tube. However, the narrow cylinder which contains the three tubes is so tight, you have to physically force the extender out, then fumble around under the sink to pull the tube back into place. There's no room for it to automatically lift back into place, the cylinder is too narrow. What a waste of money. It cost me £300 when the plumber cost was included. I should have stuck with the £15 tap extender I bought from Amazon. I can't return it without buying another tap and paying the plumber to come again to remove and replace it. What a rip off.

DIY'er install, no issues or leaks on first go. I have used for a month now, and I absolutely love the spray option - perfect for a kitchen sink when cleaning up. I don't think I will use a standard tap in the kitchen ever again.

Tap was easy to fit, no problems, but the box spanners recommended with the purchase were not necessary, therefore one star off "value for money" for that.
