How We Gather Reviews

Not happy with product but very happy with victorian plumbing customer service.

The item arrived on time overall its ok not that heavy like other taps brushed brass i bought and hose that comes out looks like plastic so in my opinion not worth the price... My reason for 1 star is because the hose that comes out its different colour(darker) than the main tap. Im trying to sort out with manufacturers but not luck after 2 weeks. I send over pictures and manufacturers stated that is because of the direct sunlight which made me more upset as even under he sunlight should look the same color! Very happy with Victorian Plumbing customer service, they are trying to sort out if the color of the tap is like this or its faulty.

Great versatile tap

Overall very pleased with tap. The spray function is excellent and the pull out is useful for cleaning off dishes and pans or spraying around the sink. The plumber did find the tap fiddly to fix to sure the pull out pipe did not nip/catch under the sink. This was due to the tightness of the feeds to the hot and cold as well as the weighted pull out feed. The underside ‘C’ fixing ring has to be exact to allow pull or feed to move freely.

Poor Quality

This isn't a very strong built tap. Very light weight and feels like plastic almost. Really not worth the price. It does look nice though and the hose feature is okay.
