How We Gather Reviews
Most difficult thing I've ever installed
This looks great when done. Make sure you attach before you put the radiator on the wall. There are no instructions. The small part of the rail goes between the front and back radiator panels. The little bits of metal go on the front of the radiator (behind the main part of the towel rail) then you've got to screw the tiniest screws through from the back. Single handedly the most difficult and annoying thing I've ever had to install.

Would recommend
Very good product, installation was a bit tricky but it’s worth it to add a towel rail to an upright radiator

Useful addition.
Ideal addition for the Urban vertical radiator. Note: it is much easier to attach the towel rail BEFORE fixing the radiator to the wall. (There were no instructions in the box - but we had seen the rail assembled on the example radiator in the expansive showroom).
