Uniwaste Universal Waterless Trap

A space saving, waterless waste trap suitable for shower trays, baths, basins and bidets. The Uniwaste waterless waste system is unique in design, compact and versatile.

It will fit into very tight spaces due to its low level design, ideal for under shower trays, baths, basins and bidets where space is often very limited.

The Unitrap waterless waste system has an integral 2-part silicone membrane that prevents foul air from coming up through the system, has excellent water flow capacity and also acts as an air admittance valve when negative pressure occurs in the drainage system. It will also prevent back flow.

  • Extremely compact - only 73mm deep when use with elbow fitting
  • Removable bush for 1 1/2 and 1 1/4 threads
  • Adapts from 40mm to 32mm waste pipe
  • Rubber membrane allows flow, prevents smells and backflow
  • Also can be used inline if required.

Can this be used horizontally on a bath as the sole trap

Hello, Thank you for your question. Yes, this would be completely fine for use with a bath. Fitting this horizontally would not be an issue at all. This item has an integral 2-part silicone membrane that prevents foul air from coming up through the system.
