Ultra Niche Single Mirror Cabinet with Light, Shaving Socket and Digital Clock

Like another reviewer here, I also have noticed a hum from the transformer. The top part of the cabinet that houses the transformer gets quite warm (at the cost of my electricity bill) because the transformer is permanently 'on'. Have dismantled and removed the wiring so now the shaver socket is inoperative and the hum has vanished. Will try rewiring with switch if I can find a suitable switch.

Unit looks very classy & attractive,but issues with it are,loud hum from transformer inside electrical box,cannot see clock unless door open,cannot close door when plug is in shaver socket it should change places with the clock so it is further away from the hinge of the door.Finally quality control requires looking into as i have received original unit & replacement unit with flaws in the mirror doors,am awaiting a further replacement door.

Was slightly unsure about buying unseen online but so glad that I did! Exactly what I wanted and considerably cheaper than ones featured in those glossy brouchures.A lovely gloss finish and surprisingly roomy.Can leave electic toothbrush on charge out of sight and the light gives a lovely glow to the mirror and bathroom. My plumber was most impressed with it too!!Highly recommend it.
