Does this toilet roll 'swing' so that the open end of it can go closer to the wall as the toilet roll gets smaller?

Does the circular piece twist onto a back plate, with the backing plate screwed to the wall? There are no screw holes in the photo, so it?s unclear how this fixes to the wall. Thanks.

Hello, Thank you for your question. Yes, this is correct. There is a backplate that fixes the wall. The front plate will then fix to this and a small grub screw on the bottom side will then secure. Kind Regards.
