Thermostatic Shower Valve Cartridge 127 x 33mm - 24 Splines

A spare thermostatic cartridge regulates the temperature of the water in your shower. It has a length of 127mm and a diameter of 33mm, and it fits into the shower valve with 24 splines. The cartridge prevents scalding or cold water shocks by adjusting the water flow according to the temperature setting.

How We Gather Reviews

Exact replacement, but a brass body would be far superior.

Great service and delivery and absolutely no problems functionally. However, the only reason I needed to buy a replacement valve rather than descaling the old one was that, due to a weak polymer based body, I had managed to damage the old one during its removal. I see the grub screw retainer as a poor substitute for a valve that screws in, but I guess that's down to the body material.
