How We Gather Reviews
Suction issues to begin with
We purchased this as a replacement. We found that the basket is a little low for large bottles but does the job nonetheless. The hooks below are really useful. In spite of following the installation instructions to the last detail, in the first couple of months one of the suckers repeatedly un-stuck itself roughly every 48 hours causing the unit to drop one-sided or fall off the wall altogether. However, after about 2 months of use the problem seems to have resolved itself and it's behaving as it should.
