Bought as replacement for much more expensive taps but look lovely and are excellent quality. The hot tap turning the opposite way is a bit quirky but I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually!

I needed to replace art deco basin taps with the traditional mechanism which dripped, even when the washers were replaced. The H and C symbols had worn away and they were somewhat scaled up inside. These taps look exactly the same, which meant I didn't have to change the matching bath taps. They appeared to be sturdy. As other reviews have mentioned, the hot tap turns on clockwise, which is counter intuitive, and this is taking some getting used to. They dribble for a couple of seconds after being turned off, but this isn't really a problem. However, only twelve days after the plumber fitted them, the top of the hot tap started to wobble. I can't see a way to rectify this and will be contacting Victorian plumbing for a solution or replacement.

I bought these to match my bath shower tap. Lovely, stylish and feels like it should cost much more than they did.

The taps arrived very quickly, good value for a cheap tap, plumber said they were easy to install.

The taps look great on my new basin. I can't find fault with them.

Stems have slight movement. Top nut loose on arrival.

Bought these basin taps as wanted something to match existing bath taps as closely as possible. These were the only ones I could find within my budget. For the money they are ok but truth is they are not particularly good quality so I do wonder how long they will last. The plumber was not happy when he saw them when he came to fit them. He said I should have gone to a plumbers merchant. Thing is, I did, but the design of these is good. They look nice and match the others. But even I can tell now they are fitted that the construction is not ideal and when you turn then off a little water dribbles out for a bit before stopping. This could get irritating. Also the hot tap turns off the wrong way. This is very weird. So all in all mixed feelings.
