Faulty item
Tap was fitted by a qualified plumber but it leaked after fitting and could not be tightened to prevent the leak. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare and I was contacted via email by four different customer service representatives who did not respond to how I could return the item Eventually I was contacted by telephone and a day for collection has been agreed This is not until next week If buying from this company be aware of the real difficulty in contacting customer service, there is no phone number available and the email system is a nightmare

Just bought this tap to replace an old one which was running so slow the hot water wasn't kicking in, was a bit sceptical the tap could have caused this problem but as soon as it was fitted the water pressure was back to normal and the water is piping hot again, a lovely tap at a great price
