Hudson Reed Tec Dual Exposed Thermostatic Shower Valve - A3192E

The Tec dual provides a minimalist feel for the shower and is ideal for use with our luxury shower kits. Easy to operate - the front control adjusts the temperature and back control turns the water on and off. The dual exposed shower will operate one shower accessory - a rigid riser kit or slide rail kit.

Suitable for all water systems
Accurate flow control.
Thermostatic control to +/- 2 to 3 &°C even if the water pressure fluctuates.
Suitable for water systems between 0.1-4 bar pressure
Full thermal protection to prevent scalding in the event of hot or cold water shut off.
In the event of hot or cold water failure, the valve will shut down as per the relevant standard.
The patented cartridge is highly resistant to calcium build up - even in hard water areas.
Our valves are suitable for use with all systems: gravity fed, pumped, unvented high pressure or fully modulated combi-boilers.
Excellent flow rates - even at low pressure.
The cartridge is fully reversible, meaning if hot and cold supplies are the wrong way round, it doesn't need re-plumbing.
Simply remove the cartridge, turn 180 degrees and replace.
Outlet: 15 mm (1/2" BSP)

CARTRIDGE PROBLEMS

I do not understand why the valve has a 20 year guarantee that has no moving parts, but the cartridge has only a one year guarantee, I had my last one installed with filtered mains water but the cartridge failed after a short while.

Disappointed

This shower valve looks good and when it works its very good BUT less than a year and its impossible to use. The water flow lever is so stiff its impossible to move more than an inch so only a dribble of water. Victorian Plumbing wont send a new one so they are sending a new cartridge which I have to pay to get installed. Not a happy customer.

Excellent shower valve

Hi, are the water inlet pipe nuts already attached to the pipes, I.e do the water pipes screw onto the wall fixings and not the wall fixings screw onto the water pipes. Thanks

Hello, the nuts are attached to the elbows, therefore, attach to the pipework. Many thanks

i wish to order the A3192 EXPOSED VERSION does the valve include parts for both concealed and exposed versions
